Q: How will the Bronze be packed for shipping?
A: Expanding open cell foam form fitted within a heavy duty cardboard box
Q: Can I arrange my own shipping?
A: Bronze and Wood’s preferred transport is with “Pack and Send” door to door, as they have an insurance cover for those who request it
Q: What is the expected delivery time?
A: Bronze and Wood’s carefully selected foundry does the bronze casting in units of four therefore it will depend on the time of your order and the initial rate of orders, as times may vary, Bronze and Wood will give best estimates at the time of enquiry
Q: Will it be insured?
A: Insurance is upon request and a quote will be given at the time for door to door

Q: If my Bronze is damaged upon receipt how will Bronze and Wood rectify this?
A: Each piece is inspected by the artist prior to pick up by Pack & Send. You must notify the shipping company (Pack and Send) at the time of delivery where possible, or within 24Hrs, preferably with an explanation and accompanying photos showing the extent of damage, if it is assessed to be damaged in transit, Bronze and Wood will take full responsibility for the return through Pack & Send, rectification or replacement and re-delivery of the Bronze at no cost to the purchaser will be carried out as efficiently and quickly as possible.
Q: If I wish to cancel the order will I get a full refund?
A: Depending on a. If the order is cancelled within thirty days from payment received date, a full refund will apply. b. If the Bronze casting has been completed an administration fee will be deducted from the refund, c. If the cast has been numbered and recorded all payments will be forfeited)
Q: Can I choose a number in the edition?
A: The edition will be numbered from 1 to 50, numbers will be on a first in first served basis and numbered accordingly
Q: How do I clean my bronze sculpture and its timber base?
A: Regularly dust your bronze statue, If the dust is thick begin with a soft brush such as a shoe brush, paint brush or tooth brush for confined areas, working it into the crevasses, then finishing it off with a soft cloth, Commercial products should never be used, as chemicals and even water may react with the bronze and timber, possibly damaging the patina and wax finishes. A wipe over with a soft cloth on a regular basis ensures your sculpture will not suffer from dust accumulation, oxidation, or corrosion
Q: Will the appearance of my Bronze change in UV sunlight?
A: There will be a softening of the colours if left directly in UV light for extended periods of time, it is recommended the bronze be displayed in a naturally lit indoor setting not in direct sunlight, with additional artificial lighting as required.
